We have a 3-barrel electric fired brewhouse, with five 3-barrel fermenters and two 7-barrel fermenters. We also have three brite tanks, two 3-barrel and one 7-barrel.  One barrel is equal to 31 gallons, so one standard batch of our beer is 93 gallons, which is six standard kegs, or 744 pints.  Currently we are brewing two to three times a week, making our annual capacity about 350 barrels.

We feel if you don’t think you like craft beer, you just haven’t tried the right brew yet.  We want to emphasize the vast diversity of flavors and experiences craft beer has to offer by brewing a wide variety stylistic mainstays as well as newly rediscovered and emerging styles, and through our own experimentation.  We try to always have some regular beers on hand that are customer favorites, while striving to keep many our tap lines fresh with rotating beers, seasonals, and specialty one-off beers.  Casks will allow us to expand on this further, keeping the beer alive to continue developing over time, as well as providing a platform for broader experimentation in small batches with in-cask additions.  And for those who haven’t yet found the right craft beer, or who do not indulge in beer at all, we will be brewing craft sodas as well.

Our Ingredients

We work to source as many of our ingredients locally as possible. Currently we are using these vendors to supply ingredients:

  • BSG in Shakopee, MN supplies some of our grains and hops. We select grains from Rahr Malting, also in Shakopee, whenever possible.
  • Height of Land Maple Syrup from Detroit Lakes, MN supplies us with pure maple syrup, which we use in our Maple Cream Soda and various beers.  We also sell bottles of maple syrup you can take home in our taproom.
  • Two Track Malting Company, Bismarck ND
  • Lake Lida Hops Company, Pelican Rapids MN

In our taproom we have 12 standard taps and two beer engines.  We sell beer and soda by the glass in pints, half pints, and quarter-pints, as well as flights.  We also sell growlers of beer and soda.
